As Executive Director of Career Pathways, Sally has numerous years of experience helping people work through issues regarding career uncertainties. She brings her natural gift and passion for helping others to the Avadon Group in order to further her calling for helping career minded people use their natural abilities and skills to make career choices that are both personally rewarding and financially successful.

With more than 15 years of serving the higher education market, Sally brings Avadon's clients a full spectrum of career planning and development experience. Currently, her Find Your Perfect Career course is the starting point for Avadon's 7-part Career Latticing Series, but more of her classes are being developed, and her skills in Avadon's customized, industry-specific training (for your business or team) is always available.

Sally currently holds two Masters degrees (Adult Education Training & Development; Speech Pathology and Audiology) and a Bachelors degree in Speech Pathology and Psychology. She also holds certifications in the Highlands Ability Battery, the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory, Human Patterns and Hay-McBer Emotional Competence Inventory.

Her experience and background enables her to offer clarity and practical career coaching that empowers others and enables them to establish a career path that matches their abilities and desires.
