With 15+ years experience in managing, recruiting, and promoting both small and large organizations, as well as growing start-up companies, Holly brings a unique 360-degree perspective to The Avadon Group's business and educational sides.
Prior to joining Avadon, Holly was with Peopleclick for over eight years as a director in several different roles, including client service management, operations, product management, and marketing. She also worked with IBM, Cingular (now AT&T), The Home Depot, and many other Fortune 500 companies, helping each one enhance their recruitment strategies and processes.
Holly has trained people in both Spanish and English, and is able to present to small and large groups in either language. Educationally, she has an MBA in International Management from the Monterey Institute of International Studies; an MA in Latin American & Caribbean Studies and International Business; a BS in Marketing from Indiana University; and a PMP certificate as Project Management Professional.
Having worked in such diverse sectors as technology, retail, advertising, and education equips Holly with a number of practical business skills. That varied work experience, combined with living in such diverse areas of the U.S. as the Midwest, West Coast, and Northeast, as well as in Venezuela and Colombia in South America, gives Holly the ability to help Avadon understand clients and companies in a way few other competitors can.
