As a Career Development Facilitator, Brigitta is skilled at helping people discover and make the most of their strengths, giving them the chance to create satisfying, successful careers.
Utilizing her Master's degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication, she has spent more than a decade in corporate and educational environments, honing her skills and building her reputation for supporting people in their professional development pursuits.
Described by one CEO as having an incredible soul and wonderful listening skills, Brigitta has often been sought out by colleagues and employees for both information and assistance in their own professional development. She is also recognized as someone who is able to teach others the skills needed to cope and succeed during difficult times.
Like most of Avadons trainers, Brigitta has a strong social conscience. She led a best practices committee for a corporate womens leadership council, which raised awareness amongst the corporation's human resources VPs, and made the practice of working flexibly, to achieve greater work/life balance, more accepted. She also trained under the Council for the Status of Women, learning how to deliver career workshops to underprivileged women, so those ones outside the workforce could market themselves more effectively for employment.
As Avadons Head of Coaching, Brigittas combined corporate and academic experience has enabled her to help us create a program that transitions students from classroom to practical learning; and develop a unique coaching and follow-up mentoring component that ensures each training participants long-term success.
