A career coach and leadership development trainer, Allisa has over a decade's worth of experience in human resources management, relationship building, coaching, and training. Her mission within Avadon is to help inspire and empower professional and personal development, increase career satisfaction, and improve productivity and leadership capabilities. 

In the corporate world, Allisa has worked in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, financial services, and biotechnology/pharmaceutical, helping employees at all levels within a company. She utilizes her experience and the training received from the Coaches Training Institute to partner with individuals and organizations as they work through career and personal development issues.

Allisa also holds a BA in Psychology and Economics, and a Masters degree in Management, both from Brandeis University. She is certified in AchieveGlobal Leadership Training and in the Predictive Index model of managerial and workplace behavioral assessment.
